Jambalaya: A cajun specialty! This tasty dish is full of sausage and chicken and is cooked up in our cast iron pot on site.
Catfish Filet: Excellent catfish filet deep fried in our traditional batter to a golden brown and served piping hot!
Hamburgers: Our chef will grill our all beef burgers to perfection on our grill.
Potato Salad: Our special version of this traditional picnic fare will delight all your guests
