PRIZE
PROGRAMS
REGULAR CONSOLATION:
1. All 1st, 2nd, 3rd and consolation prizes will be displayed and won at the
game booth.
TOTAL REDEMPTION (most popular):
1. 1st through consolation prizes will be awarded on a token system. No prizes
will be displayed at the game booth (except for a few selected games).
2. A certain numbered token will be awarded instead of an actual prize.
Example: 10, 5, 1 points.
3. The prize categories range from 1 to 300 points in which you purchase these
prizes with tokens.
4. 4-5 workers are needed to set-up, run and inventory this redemption table.
It is suggested that one person be in charge of the redemption center.
All carnival booths are set-up and operated on both options.
Both options are programmed to maintain the same degree of profit.
FUN
FAIR RESPONSIBILITIES
FUN SERVICES
We supply game booths.
We supply games and game supplies.
We provide all prizes on complete consignment.
($400.00 minimum prize billing on full service carnivals)
We set-up your event .
Our arrival will be approximately 2 hours before start of the event.
We provide game instructions and inventory sheets.
We supply tickets at no cost.
We provide game signs.
YOUR GROUP
You choose the games and set prices on each game. Suggested amount of games:
200-399 students: 8-10 games
400-499 students: 10-12 games
500+ students: 12-15 games
You supply 3-4 helpers for set-up and take down.
You coordinate all booth workers.
You supply 1 table for each game.
You supply 1 ticket can, box, or bag for each game.
You supply 1 pencil for each game, concession and redemption booth.
You pay for prizes and delivery at the end of the event.
No deposits are required.
You make the profit!
